What is the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you a permanent free account with basic booking, up to 5 services, and a review email after each appointment. No credit card needed, no time limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 21-day free trial with full access to all features. No commitment required.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can start your free trial without a credit card. We only ask for payment details when you decide to upgrade.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Individual to Team at any time. Your billing is adjusted automatically and prorated from the date you switch.
What is the ULTRA plan?
ULTRA includes everything in PRO plus your own personal WhatsApp number for client notifications, and early access to upcoming premium features.
I'm already on a trial — can I upgrade now?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time during your trial. Your billing period starts from the date you subscribe, and you keep any remaining trial days before your first charge.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing gets deleted. All your clients, appointments, and history remain fully accessible. If you downgrade, you simply move back to the Free plan limits — no data is ever removed.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch billing intervals at any time from the Stripe customer portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Is annual billing really cheaper?
Yes — choosing yearly saves you the equivalent of 2 months. For PRO Individual that's roughly €24 saved per year compared to paying monthly.
