Share with a barber friend

Send your code to another barber who isn't on Barbify yet. They sign up, complete their profile, and enter your code in their dashboard.

Both of you earn €10

Once your friend completes 3 monthly payments (or 3 months on an annual plan), you both receive €10 credit — applied automatically to your next invoice.

How many barbers can I refer?

You can refer up to 4 barbers per calendar year, earning up to €40 in total credit.

When exactly do I get the credit?

For monthly plans: after the referred barber completes 3 successful monthly payments. For annual plans: 3 months after their subscription start date. Credit is applied automatically — no action needed.

Where does the credit go?

It's applied directly to your Stripe account as a balance credit, automatically reducing your next invoice. No vouchers or codes to redeem.

Can I use someone else's referral code too?

Yes! If someone referred you, enter their code in your Refer & Earn dashboard section. You'll also earn €10 once the 3-month condition is met.

Do referral codes expire?

Each code is single-use — once it's been used by a barber, it's marked as used. Your 4 codes reset each calendar year.

What if my referred barber cancels before 3 months?

If the referred barber cancels or their subscription lapses before the condition is met, the credit is not applied. Both parties need the subscription to remain active for 3 months.
